Leadership Retreats give us an opportunity to grow as a team and as individuals in our relationship with Christ.

Grow our Leadership Base

Once a year, we have a prospective leaders retreat. During this time, we have past campers and other people who are interested in leadership join us to learn more about what it means to lead with The Hidden Place.

Prepare to Serve

Twice a year, we have retreats that focus on preparing our team for camp. During this time, we look at the material for camp, as well as solidify as a team as we prepare to serve.

Grow in Christ

Throughout the year, we try to provide various opportunities for our leaders to grow in their walk with Christ. We encourage them to continue to learn what it means to serve like Jesus.
